Noel LIM is a Legal Executive with the firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and will be called to the Singapore Bar in 2026.
Prior to joining the firm, Noel completed his practice training contract at a local law firm with a focus on intellectual property law and dispute resolution. He has assisted in matters before the State Courts and the Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. His experience spans a broad spectrum of contentious and advisory work, including contractual disputes, tenancy disputes, probate matters, and enforcement proceedings.
In international arbitration, Noel has been involved in several high-value matters, including a dispute arising from the delays in the commissioning of specialised welding machinery, and another matter concerning the transfer of licenses relating to the distribution of pharmaceutical products in Singapore. He has also assisted in proceedings relating to the enforcement of a foreign interim award in Singapore.
Noel has further supported High Court litigation across a range of commercial and intellectual property disputes, including claims for breach of contracts to intellectual property law issues involving trademark infringement, the tort of passing off, and patent infringement.
In the domain of intellectual property, Noel has also worked with multinational corporations in the protection and enforcement of their IP portfolios in Singapore. His experience includes assisting in the negotiation and successful conclusion of multiple settlement agreements relating to the unauthorised use of proprietary software.

- Assisted with the representation of a sole proprietor in a High Court action involving claims of patent infringement and passing off in relation to slide-and-swing door systems: Ng Say Keong (trading as S & K Solid Wood Doors) v Jia Le Aluminium Pte Ltd and another [2025] SGHC 243
- Assisted with the representation of a manufacturer and brand owner of traditional Chinese medicine products in a High Court action concerning copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and passing off arising from the unauthorised sale and marketing of its products by competing retailers.
- Assisted with the representation of a client in trademark infringement proceedings concerning allegations of supplying counterfeit aviation-related products for installation onto aircraft.
- Assisted with the representation of a company in committal proceedings for non-compliance with court orders for the production of accounting records, and successfully securing a sentence at the lower end of the scale.
- Assisted with the representation of a provider of integrated security systems in the State Courts concerning breach of contract claims arising from the supply, installation, and maintenance of security products.
- Assisted with advising and representing a global font software licensor in settlement negotiations relating to unlicensed use of proprietary font software.
- Assisted with a SIAC arbitration involving two Malaysian corporations concerning disputes arising from a failure to meet equipment commissioning milestones for specialised industrial welding equipment.
- Assisted with the cross-border enforcement of a foreign interim award arising from a Canada-seated arbitration between a Canadian pharmaceutical manufacturer and its former Singapore distributor.
