Lynette LIM is an Associate of the Firm. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2022 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023.
Prior to joining the Firm, Lynette acted for a diverse range of clients in both litigation and arbitration proceedings, including those in the aviation and construction industries. Notably, she successfully obtained an Unless Order on behalf of her client. Her experience extends beyond dispute resolution – Lynette practised in the China practice group of a leading Singapore law firm where she advised on cross-border corporate transactions across sectors such as hospitality, gaming and fintech. She leverages her dual expertise in corporate and dispute resolution to provide clients with strategic and commercially grounded legal solutions.
Outside of her legal practice, Lynette is passionate about mental health advocacy. During her time at the National University of Singapore, she co-founded Spaces @ BTC, an initiative dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of law students. She also volunteers at Moulmein-Cairnhill GRC, offering pro bono legal assistance to residents in need.
In her free time, Lynette enjoys listening to jazz music, travel, and hiking.

- Acted for an international hydrogen-electric aviation company backed by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, EDB Investments Pte Ltd and The Grosvenor Group, facing a charge under section 39 of the Air Navigation Act involving the operation of an unmanned aircraft.
- Acted for a debt financier established by DBS Bank and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited in connection with a S$135 million loan facility offering to Atome Financial Singapore Pte Ltd, a major digital financial services provider in Southeast Asia.
- Acted for a Hong Kong-based insurance company in a dispute concerning alleged fraudulent misrepresentation in respect of the issuance of two performance bonds valued at US$40,000,000 and US$5,000,000 respectively.
