Monisha Cheong is a dual-qualified lawyer (Singapore and Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales) who has more than 10 years of experience in building, construction and projects matters.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and French, she has represented and acted for international and domestic contractors, developers, consultants, lenders, security trustees and other actors key to the success of a project in its life cycle in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
She has been involved in matters relating to prominent international and domestic infrastructure projects such as integrated developments, waste management plants, power plants, solar farms, airports, national hospitals, public housing projects, national educational institutes, many of which are of strategic national importance and have attracted headline news.
Monisha is a Contributing Editor of the Singapore “White Book” (Singapore Civil Procedure) 2022 on Order 3 (General Matters) and Security of Payments and Construction Adjudication (3rd Edition) by Chow Kok Fong.
