Walter is a senior associate with LVM Law Chambers. His practice spans a wide range of matters, with the present focus being on banking disputes, insolvency and restructuring and corporate fraud.

Walter has experience acting for private clients, banks, financial institutions and international conglomerates in domestic and international disputes.

Walter has held research positions at both the National University of Singapore (Centre for Asian Legal Studies) and the Singapore Management University, and was previously Associate Editor of the Asian Journal of Comparative Law, published by Cambridge University Press.

Walter is actively engaged in writing for legal publications, including the Law Quarterly Review. His articles have been cited with approval by noted individuals, including the Honourable Justice of the Court of Appeal Andrew Phang, and Professor Nelson Enonchong.
