Madeline is a disputes lawyer specialising in commercial litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining LVM, Madeline practiced in the disputes department of Drew & Napier LLC and advised on international refugee law at Centre for Asylum Protection, a legal clinic for refugees in Thailand.

Madeline has represented clients before the Singapore High Court and Court of Appeal, on matters including multi-million dollar joint venture disputes, multi-jurisdictional conspiracy claims, division of matrimonial assets of high-net worth individuals, enforcement of international arbitral awards, and tortious land rights disputes. Notably, several of the matters in which she acted tackled novel points of law, and went on to set precedent in the fields of family law and international arbitration law. Madeline’s expertise also includes corporate investigations on workplace safety, sexual harassment, and money-laundering and corruption.

Outside of practice, Madeline continues her work with refugees by supporting the livelihoods of those forced to leave their homeland due to political, religious or sexual orientation.
